Private Medical Insurance Scheme
Insurance supplement is provided. You may elect coverage for yourself and family. RHR will pay the monthly premiums on your behalf.
Private Dental Insurance
Comprehensive coverage is provided for employee. RHR will contribute towards the cost of family coverage.
Life Assurance
Coverage is provided and paid for by RHR. Evidence of health may be required by our insurers.
Sickness Benefits
Seven days per fiscal year
Disability Coverage
RHR’s short (STD) and group long term disability (PHI) plans provide financial protection for you by paying a portion of your income if you become disabled.
Personal Pension Scheme
After one month of employment, RHR will make a monthly contribution to the employee’s personal pension scheme.
Holiday
Annual Holiday entitlement is accrued monthly at 1.66 days/month. The first three months of accrual will be unvested. These are in addition to the normal public holidays.
