Management Consulting

This position will report to the Managing Director of the local office. He/she will join a team of seasoned consultants providing client focused process consulting in the areas of executive assessment, executive coaching, team development, succession planning, and organizational change management. The work is typically in the C-suite and two levels of leadership reporting to the CEO.

Working with colleagues from the local office and elsewhere in the firm, the consultant will help identify potential new clients and must be capable of identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, drafting proposals, and negotiating the sales process.

The Candidate

The candidate must be a doctoral-level psychologist who is licensed or willing & eligible to become a licensed psychologist. The successful candidate will most likely have a track record as a consulting psychologist in another consulting firm or in a key HR/OD role within an established organization. Access to industry contacts and knowledge of best practices are essential.

Attributes of a successful RHR Consultant include a process orientation to consulting work, self-awareness, business acumen, systemic thinking, a strong work ethic, a desire for continuing professional growth, and a willingness to travel.

Compensation

Compensation is dependent on your knowledge, experience, expertise and track record. RHR offers support in becoming a licensed psychologist and maintaining your license as a psychologist.
