What qualifications are required?

What is the job like?

  • You provide service to senior management of client organizations.
  • The hours are not "9 to 5."
  • The work is done on-site at the clients' facilities, so unpredictable travel is required.
  • The job requires mental, emotional and physical stamina.
  • You will make important decisions about client organizations and their people.
  • You must be willing to take professional responsibility for your judgments.
  • You will team with colleagues in the same office and across the country.
  • There is frequent contact and opportunity to work jointly with other offices.
  • Initially, you will be introduced to existing clients, but you will be expected to maintain and expand client relationships over time.
  • You will be part of a team of professionals.
