Caitlin Zaremba

Dr. Caitlin Zaremba is an Executive Bench® services consultant based out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. An expert in human behavior and the development of performance in the workplace, she employs a data-driven approach to assess talent and distill data into feedback that is meaningful and actionable for her clients. Caitlin partners with corporate leaders across a variety of industries to build a competent pipeline of talent for their organizations. Much of her work is helping clients analyze talent and support readiness for growth and succession planning by providing accurate, objective, and relevant data to drive decision making around ways to leverage talent to meet organizational goals. Transparent and honest in her approach to assessment and feedback, Caitlin works with clients to understand and bridge gaps between existing and future talent needs. This allows her to develop competent professionals who can lead people and strategy. 

Examples of Caitlin’s recent work include partnering with a Fortune 500 company to design and deliver a multilevel leadership development program, creating a clear path for professional succession and developing the next generation of leaders; helping a family-owned business to uproot longstanding inefficient behaviors and build a performance strategy focused on increasing sales; and co-facilitating strategic planning to launch operations for a 400,000 sq. ft. gaming and entertainment destination. Caitlin has coached many professionals through workplace conflict with the goal of helping clients remain positively engaged in work and saving organizations time and money by averting unproductive behaviors. 

Before joining RHR International, Caitlin worked at a boutique consulting firm serving Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized corporations, and family-owned businesses across nearly a dozen industries. Through individual coaching and facilitation of leadership development programs and strategy events, Caitlin helped clients focus on meeting strategic initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and retaining top talent. 

Caitlin is a member of the American Psychological Association and Division 13: Society of Consulting Psychology.
