Daniel Russell is a partner in the Atlanta office who is also responsible for leading operations for RHR's Executive Bench® services. Daniel is a management psychologist who brings more than 20 years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies in the areas of assessment and development at all levels. With his deep understanding of business context and key challenges, Daniel supports leaders through personal and large-scale organizational change efforts by collaboratively designing and executing large-scale transformation programs with distinctive client impact. Daniel successfully managed efforts to transform client service and talent development at an $11B global financial services firm.
Prior to joining RHR, Daniel held senior roles at large consulting firms, including his own, in the United States and Asia where he led research and development, provided thought leadership, and grew global accounts. His clients have primarily been Fortune 100 companies in the communications, entertainment, financial services, healthcare, high-tech, hospitality, government, manufacturing, professional services, and retail sectors. Daniel has significant global experience, having lived in Southeast Asia and worked in the United States, the UK, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
Daniel received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Austin Peay State University and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Virginia Tech. Daniel is a Chartered Psychologist and associate fellow with the British Psychological Society and an associate credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation. He is a highly sought-after thought leader who presents frequently at local and national conferences and has published white papers, book chapters, and newspaper and journal articles on his work.
