Eden Abrahams

Eden Abrahams is a partner in the New York office. Eden draws on her experience as a consultant and entrepreneur along with her professional development and adult learning expertise to help senior executives and leadership teams achieve tangible improvements in their capacity to lead, scale, and innovate in complex environments. Eden is passionate about advancing her clients’ personal and organizational change agendas. As an executive coach and facilitator, she is skilled at building highly collaborative, empowering relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and industries to drive transformational results.

She has partnered with leaders, teams, and entrepreneurs from a wide variety of fields including technology, media and entertainment, higher education, fashion and luxury retail, nonprofit, financial services, venture capital, and private equity. She works with founders and CEOs as well as emerging leaders in organizations of all sizes, from series A startups to mature companies, family-owned businesses, small professional partnerships, and large multinationals. She also facilitates peer learning cohorts for C-suite executives and leads professional development offsites and trainings for founders, senior leaders, and new managers of VC-backed tech companies.

Examples of Eden’s recent work include:

  • Coaching the executive team of a high-growth adtech company over a critical 18-month period as it scaled from 30 to 95 employees, made a key pivot in its business model, opened a second satellite office, and implemented the necessary infrastructure and process improvements to support its rapid growth.
  • Helping the newly appointed CEO of the U.S. subsidiary of a UK-based media company onboard successfully into her role and initiate a cultural transformation to promote increased collaboration and agility across the leadership team and key business units to drive improved growth, profitability, and product innovation.
  • Designing and facilitating two day-long offsite programs piloted by a venture capital fund to support the professional growth and development of founder/CEOs and rising leaders/first-time managers from its portfolio companies. Both pilots are now offered multiple times a year in response to the high level of interest and demand they have generated through participant word-of-mouth.

Before joining RHR, Eden was the founder and managing partner of Clear Path Executive Coaching, a boutique leadership development practice in New York City. She also served as global head of coaching at Mobius Executive Leadership and provided instructional consulting to adjunct professors and leadership coaching to MBA candidates at New York University’s Stern School of Business. Prior to that, she was a partner in a strategic communications consultancy, where she advised public and privately held companies on strategies to advance their business objectives in special situations such as M&A transactions, litigation, and management transitions. Earlier in her career, she held a variety of positions in marketing and communications and macropolitical risk strategy.

Eden is a board member of Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America (LEDA), a prominent nonprofit organization dedicated to diversifying the national leadership pipeline by helping high-achieving students from under-resourced backgrounds gain admission to selective colleges and supporting their success at those institutions. She is also a founding guide at Chief in New York City, a membership network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders.
