Bio

Dr. Gregory Janicik is a partner in the New York office. He serves as leader of RHR’s Leading Transformational Change practice area. Greg has worked with Fortune 500 companies, mid-market companies, and startups in industries including technology, life sciences, financial services, consumer goods, and media and entertainment. He partners closely with clients to accelerate results and drive change. His areas of expertise include organization design, CEO and C-suite transitions, senior team strategic alignment, executive assessment and development, succession planning, and organizational transformation.

Prior to joining RHR International, Greg enjoyed significant success with Mercer Delta, Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, and with his own firm. Key achievements include transforming the leadership and operating culture within a global consumer goods company, accelerating both structural and behavioral change to drive strategic execution within a technology company, and scaling the leadership capabilities in a fast-growing medical device company.

Earlier in his career, Greg was a full-time faculty member of the New York University Stern School of Business and held various roles in commercial operations and product management for Hitachi Medical Systems America and Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

Greg received his doctorate in managerial and organizational behavior from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition to an MBA from the Booth School of Business, he holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical and electrical engineering from Duke University.
