Bio

Dr. Jane Lim is a management and analytics consultant in the firm’s New York office. In this role, she combines data analytics capabilities with expertise related to senior teams, leadership effectiveness, and organizational strategy and culture to deliver data-driven insights for client impact.

Jane engages with consultants and clients to provide end-to-end analytics and consulting solutions. She contributes to the development of data collection methodologies and conducts interviews and surveys to collect relevant data from leaders and senior teams. She also analyzes the data and delivers the findings and implications to best address the needs of the client. Jane has extensive experience working with executives of multinational organizations across various industries. During client engagements, she helps leaders and senior teams better understand and address issues such as leadership impact, team dynamics, organizational culture, and talent management.

Examples of Jane’s recent work include:

  • Collected and analyzed feedback to help the senior team of a large, multinational organization better understand the issues facing top leadership and the broader organization. Based on the findings, provided data-driven recommendations and guidance on topics related to improving talent management and driving innovation throughout the organization.
  • Utilized feedback data to help individual leaders understand their leadership impact on their teams and within the broader organization. Worked with the leaders to develop next steps to improve their effectiveness in areas such as employee engagement, inspirational leadership, and effective communication.
  • Utilized client data to develop action-oriented recommendations for a senior leadership team of a large, multinational organization. Provided guidance around topics such as team dynamics and leadership effectiveness.

Prior to joining RHR International, Jane taught psychology at the undergraduate level at Baruch College in New York, NY. Jane also worked as a content coding analyst at Sirota Consulting.

Jane is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and New York Metropolitan Association of Applied Psychology.
