Marty D. Dubin



Dr. Martin Dubin is a partner in the RHR Denver office. Marty has a diverse background as an entrepreneur, Fortune 100 executive, and clinical psychologist. As a founder/CEO and as a consultant to C-suite executives, Marty has helped senior executives navigate the difficult personal and talent decisions inherent in running organizations of all sizes, including startups and multibillion-dollar enterprises. He has managed CEO succession transitions, from candidate assessment to board decision through to successful successor integration. Marty understands the complexity of board relationships and evaluates and coaches boards on their effectiveness.

Prior to joining RHR International, Marty founded several startup companies, selling them to publicly traded corporations. Besides holding the position of CEO or president at each of these enterprises, he was also vice president for a Fortune 100 company. He has held academic positions at the Center for Creative Leadership and in the Psychology Graduate School at the University of Denver.

Marty is a licensed clinical psychologist in Colorado and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, a master’s degree from Purdue University, and a PsyD in clinical psychology from the University of Denver. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and has served on several nonprofit boards of directors. When the snow begins falling, Marty can often be found on the ski slopes of Colorado.
