Bio

Pablo Gora is an Executive Bench® services consultant based out of the Atlanta office. Pablo brings over 10 years of experience working with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 multinational organizations and as an external consultant in areas such as engagement surveys, change management, performance management, selection systems, succession planning design, talent development, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion. He expertly applies formal knowledge, best practices, and extensive experience to meet the needs of the client while prioritizing applicability. Praised for his partnership across diverse functions and geographies in large companies, Pablo is keenly aware of the organizational dynamics at play in large matrixed organizations. He is particularly adept at understanding the context and operating environments of clients, which informs his tailored approach.

Pablo brings extensive expertise in survey design and deployment (having built enterprise-wide engagement surveys for UPS and The Home Depot), change management, selection systems (from structured interview guides to assessment centers), performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion. As part of the Executive Bench® team, Pablo leverages an authentic and empathetic stance from which he effectively guides the client in learning how best practices and insight from assessments can help them to be more impactful in their current role while also providing them a framework from which they can continue to hone their leadership skills as they aspire to positions of greater scope and responsibility.

Examples of Pablo’s recent work include:

  • Working with stakeholders to configure and implement career and succession planning processes in a SaaS cloud computing platform. 

  • Taking part in a comprehensive investigation to determine root causes of performance issues in call centers based in the Philippines for UPS. 

  • Coaching and providing developmental feedback to key talent in senior roles at UPS using the Hogan suite of assessments.  

Before joining RHR, Pablo worked at UPS corporate in the HR function with positions in employee relations, organizational development, and HR systems. He also worked at The Home Depot in organizational effectiveness and at Aon Hewitt as a consultant. Pablo is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management.
