Simon Callow

Senior Partner, Regional Leader—International Region


Simon Callow, MSc, CPsychol, is a senior partner with RHR International and manages the firm’s international operations and RHR’s affiliates in Europe and Asia. He has 25 years of experience in designing high-impact interventions to help identify and build leadership talent. He works extensively with CEOs and their executive leadership teams as an advisor and executive coach. He has led several large-scale global M&A projects successfully helping to identify and develop leadership talent and drive successful integration.

As an executive coach, Simon works with individuals and teams and has achieved considerable success helping teams improve their performance and helping senior executives transition into new roles, manage change, and be more impactful. Simon also has substantial experience using 360-degree tools to facilitate development and regularly uses psychometric instruments for individual and group development, team building, and change management. He has vast global experience and has worked throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America, with expertise in large financial institutions, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and oil engineering companies.

Prior to joining RHR International, Simon led the northern European region of a large global consulting firm, where he provided senior executive assessment and development services to clients across the region. He was also an adjunct facilitator for the Centre for Creative Leadership and started his career working in marketing. Simon has spent many years designing and delivering senior assessment and development centres and has worked with CEOs, managing directors, and executive boards to identify and make pivotal talent decisions.

Simon has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, was awarded a master’s degree in occupational psychology from East London University, and is a Chartered Psychologist. He is also a founding member of the British Psychological Society coaching division.
