Charles (Chuck) Evans Joins RHR International’s Toronto Office

CHICAGO and TORONTO, January 8, 2018—Dr. Charles (Chuck) Evans has joined RHR International as a partner in the Toronto office. RHR International is the premier firm in the development of top management leadership of Global 1000 companies.

An accomplished business executive and organizational psychologist, Chuck’s career has spanned over 20 years leading organizations and partnering with many of North America’s best-known brands. Chuck brings a strong track record of designing and executing integrated succession plans and leadership development initiatives. Recognized for his bold, honest, and engaging style, Chuck has become a trusted advisor and highly sought-out executive coach. Being a former senior executive himself, he leverages his deep appreciation for what it takes to be effective and impactful in highly visible and challenging leadership roles.

Prior to joining RHR International, Chuck was the assistant dean of the College of Business and Economics and the executive director of the internationally recognized MBA and MA leadership programs at the University of Guelph. He was also the founder of his own consulting firm, providing senior executives and boards with leadership assessments, succession planning, and team building both internationally and domestically. In addition, Chuck worked as president and managing partner at Jackson Leadership Systems and has held consultant roles at RHR International and Organizational Studies International.

Chuck received a BSc (with highest distinction) in psychology from the University of Toronto and earned his master’s degree and PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Guelph. He is an active board member of a charitable organization and a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, the American Psychological Association, the American Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Canadian Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Society of Consulting Psychology, and the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
