Dr. Caitlin Zaremba Joins RHR International as Executive Bench® Consultant

CHICAGO, January 7, 2019—Dr. Caitlin Zaremba has joined RHR International as an Executive Bench® consultant based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. RHR International is the premier firm in the development of top management leadership of Global 1000 companies.

RHR International’s Executive Bench services provide companies with a comprehensive solution for building a strong pipeline of enterprise leaders with its two core components: a Readiness for Scale℠ assessment, which pinpoints strengths to leverage and gaps to close in preparation for executive leadership; and a Scaling for Growth℠ program, a best-in-class executive development program that closes gaps in scalability and accelerates readiness for enterprise leadership.

Caitlin partners with corporate leaders across a variety of industries to build a competent pipeline of talent for their organizations. An expert in human behavior and the development of performance in the workplace, Caitlin employs a data-driven approach to assess talent and distill data into feedback that is actionable for clients. Much of her work involves helping clients analyze talent and support readiness for growth and succession planning by providing accurate, objective, and relevant data to drive decision making around ways to leverage talent to meet organizational goals. Transparent and honest in her approach to assessment and feedback, Caitlin works with clients to understand and bridge gaps between existing and future talent needs. The result is the development of competent professionals who can lead people and strategy.

“We are excited to have Caitlin join RHR's Executive Bench team,“ said Jessica Foster, senior partner and Executive Bench practice leader. “With her experience in improving the performance of leaders and teams, she is a welcome addition to our mission of building the next generation of enterprise leaders.”

Examples of Caitlin’s recent work include partnering with a Fortune 500 company to design and deliver a multilevel leadership development program, creating a clear path for professional succession and developing the next generation of leaders; helping a family-owned business to uproot longstanding inefficient behaviors and build a performance strategy focused on increasing sales; and co-facilitating strategic planning to launch operations for a 400,000 sq. ft. gaming and entertainment destination. Caitlin has coached many professionals through workplace conflict, helping clients remain positively engaged in work and saving organizations time and money by averting unproductive behaviors.

Before joining RHR International, Caitlin worked at a boutique consulting firm serving Fortune 500 companies, midsize corporations, and family-owned businesses across nearly a dozen industries. Through individual coaching and facilitation of leadership development programs and strategy events, Caitlin helped clients focus on meeting strategic initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and retaining top talent.
