Dr. Jessica Geller Joins RHR International's Denver Office
DENVER, April 11, 2019—Dr. Jessica Geller has joined RHR International as a partner based in Denver. RHR International is the premier firm in the development of top management leadership of Global 1000 companies.
Jessica develops action-oriented interventions that drive growth, innovation, and organizational performance. This leverages her broad international business experience and expertise in targeted behavioral change. She is also skilled at identifying unique factors to accelerate executive development and catalyze senior team effectiveness.
Jessica works with C-suite and other senior executives across diverse industry segments including healthcare, financial services, consumer packaged goods, oil and gas, automotive, technology, and telecommunications. Her work spans organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies, with a consistent focus on tailored approaches to meet individual, team, and organizational needs. Prior to joining RHR, Jessica lived and worked abroad extensively, utilizing her language skills in Spanish and Danish. Jessica drove organizational and individual behavioral change as a cross-cultural management consultant, healthcare consultant, and internationally based business executive within academia, government, and private sector industries.

Highlights of her prior work include consulting in South America to international executives in the telecommunications and information technology sectors, using business intelligence to catalyze strategy. In addition, she co-designed, implemented, and evaluated a large-scale French healthcare initiative, leveraging strategic public and private partnerships. Jessica also has extensive experience designing and leading cross-cultural management training seminars nationally and internationally for senior oil and gas and automotive industry executives relocating abroad.
Jessica completed her pre-doctoral clinical psychology internship at Yale University School of Medicine where she received a leadership award for outstanding contribution. She also has an extensive research background in healthcare. She has authored several publications, presented nationally as an invited speaker, and received multiple awards for her work in this field.
Jessica has a PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Colorado Denver, a master’s degree in health communication from Tufts University School of Medicine, and a bachelor’s degree in international studies and a minor in business administration from the University of Oregon.
