She does this by blending her background in business and psychology to provide her clients with a well-balanced perspective within the context of their work. She is an expert in executive assessment, coaching both individuals and teams around the globe and facilitating group coaching and training offsites for senior management teams.

With nearly 20 years of consulting experience, Juliet has worked with hundreds of executives throughout the U.S. and Asia in a wide range of industries and sectors including agribusiness, biotech, cloud computing, education, entertainment, environmental sciences, government, healthcare, investment banking, management consulting, machine learning, mobile gaming, nuclear sciences, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, private equity, social media, and software.
