MySha Whorley Joins RHR International’s Atlanta Office

CHICAGO and ATLANTA, April 12, 2018—Dr. MySha Whorley has joined RHR International as a partner in the Atlanta office. RHR International is the premier firm in the development of top management leadership of Global 1000 companies.

MySha is known as a down-to-earth, data-driven corporate psychologist who partners with leaders to build organizational success. Acting as a trusted advisor to CEOs, executives, and HR leaders, MySha helps her clients align leadership and talent approaches to the goals of the business. Together, they chart a course toward high-impact organizational growth and leadership development.

"We’re thrilled about MySha coming on board,” said Dr. Steven Madenberg, the partner responsible for RHR International’s United States Eastern Region. “She’s a world-class talent advisor and business coach with experience across a broad range of industries and geographies. MySha’s got a wonderful energy that clients and her new colleagues love, and her hire supports our growing footprint in the Southeast."

Prior to joining RHR International, MySha advised C-level clients across industries as an executive consultant at TalentQuest. In that role, she helped leaders understand what key characteristics and competencies they needed on the leadership team in order to optimize their ability to execute. She also partnered with clients to lay out C-level and organization-wide succession planning, fill the talent pipeline with high potentials, and coach the right players to elevate them for the right roles. She facilitates executive offsites, aligns teams around their work styles and values, and coaches leaders through their blindspots, helping them to get better faster and strengthen their ability to provide direction to their teams.

MySha received her master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from Clark University and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ball State University. She earned a graduate certificate in executive coaching from William James College. MySha is passionate about nature and is an active member of the Sandy Springs Conservancy board of directors. She focuses on strengthening early leadership in children and girls in her volunteer roles with Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and as a board member for the Springmont School. MySha is a licensed psychologist in the state of Georgia.
