RHR Forms Partnership with Premier Executive Leadership™ Program
CHICAGO (March 27, 2017) – RHR International, a leading firm in the development of top management leadership of Global 1000 companies, has formed a strategic partnership with the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute (JJHPI) and its Premier Executive Leadership™ program. Premier Executive Leadership represents a new category in leadership development and seeks to ensure top global leaders thrive in the most stressful, highly visible positions, coaching through the lens of the whole person.
The RHR partnership with JJHPI starts with a customized proprietary executive health assessment at the Mayo Clinic for senior leaders who are then assigned an exercise physiologist, a registered dietician, and a Premier executive coach who work together to ensure the executive is prepared for the rigors of demanding roles.
The Premier Executive Leadership program helps drive peak performance for executives through personalized one-on-one coaching focused on reinforcing resilience, character, and personal wellbeing. The program adds to RHR’s leadership development practice area, as it goes beyond standard business coaching and integrates a focus on total performance and wellness.
